About Magnetta AI

Practical AI leadership for manufacturers that need a clear way forward.

Magnetta AI helps manufacturers learn, decide, manage, and implement AI while keeping evidence, operating responsibility, and human authority visible. Magnetta primarily serves Connecticut manufacturers, with deeper focus on aerospace.

Company and practice

Magnetta AI is the manufacturing AI practice of Magnetta LLC.

Magnetta AI brings learning, AI Direction, recurring leadership, and bounded implementation into one operating model for manufacturers.

The work helps teams make practical decisions while keeping IT, quality, engineering, security, and business authority with the people who already hold it.

Working principles

Move from AI interest to controlled, useful work.

  • Begin with a real workflow, current baseline, and accountable process owner.
  • Use approved tools and permitted information; route policy and technical questions to the authorized owner.
  • Expose sources, uncertainty, exceptions, and the human decision instead of hiding them behind fluent output.
  • Test existing capabilities and simpler process changes before choosing custom development.
  • Measure the operating result and retain the option to revise, redirect, or stop.

Owner and author

Brad Magnetta

Brad Magnetta is the owner of Magnetta AI. He holds a PhD in Applied Physics from Yale University and has an academic background in materials and mechanical engineering. He writes about practical AI adoption, manufacturing information workflows, and the boundary between computational assistance and accountable human decisions.

Brad leads Magnetta AI’s strategy, content, and delivery. When work touches privacy, security, legal, HR, quality, product authority, or another specialized field, Magnetta works with the appropriate qualified owner rather than treating a general AI framework as a substitute for that expertise.

Who Magnetta serves

Small and midsize manufacturers, with Connecticut and aerospace depth.

Magnetta’s primary fit is a small or midsize manufacturer that needs practical AI leadership without building a dedicated internal AI team. Connecticut is the main direct-service market, with deeper attention to aerospace and other document- and evidence-heavy work.
